I/We, the undersigned hereby apply for consent to alter or extend the above property. We apply for this consent pursuant to the terms of the lease of the property. In making this application we recognise that you or your client, are not obliged to give your consent. We attach a payment in respect of your fee. We understand that in addition, a site inspection may be necessary
