Refund Policy

Because we are taking payment of rent which is due to our client (and not to us) once the ground rent is paid, it cannot be refunded though this does not prejudice our client’s right to reject the payment once made.

In respect of payments made for services provided by us no refunds are made but this is subject to any statutory right you may have to claim a refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these policies.
